Return Window

You may return your item within 14 days (2 weeks) of receiving it. Returns requested after this window will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Please use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
